arigo’s Quality Commitment


		arigo guarantees that our products will work in all the applications and species stated on our website and datasheet. If any product purchased from arigo or our authorized distributors does not perform as described on the datasheet, arigo will offer a product replacement or credit for the antibody.

		“Predict Reactivity” information on the datasheets is species prediction based on sequence homology. It is for reference only hence not covered in our guarantee policy.

		If the product does not perform as expected, our technical team will work closely with you to troubleshoot the experimental procedures. If the problem does not resolve after troubleshooting, arigo will offer a product replacement or credit for the antibody. Please contact arigo technical support at inquiry or our local distributor for more inquiry.

		Antibodies are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery.

		Any claims of damage, defect, or shortage should be notified within a week from date of receipt.
