  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-43 reacts with well defined epitope (W40, R-53) on CD59 (Protectin), an 18-20 kDa glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein expressed on all hematopoietic cells; it is widely present on cells in all tissues.
HLDA IV; WS Code NL 705
HLDA V; WS Code AS S013
HLDA V; WS Code BP BP345
    HLDA V; WS Code T T-103
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-CD8 antibody [MEM-31] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53901 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-31 recognizes a conformationally-dependent epitope of CD8, a cell surface glycoprotein found on most cytotoxic T lymphocytes that mediates efficient cell-cell interactions within the immune system. CD8 is a disulfide-linked dimer and exists as a CD8 alpha/alpha homodimer or CD8 alpha/beta heterodimer (each monomer approx. 32-34 kDa).
does not react with formaldehyde-fixed cells; negative in Western Blotting application.

HLDA III; WS Code T 575
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-CD98 antibody [MEM-108] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53917 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-108 reacts with CD98, a 125 kDa disulfide-linked heterodimer (80 kDa glycosylated heavy chain + 45 kDa non-glykosylated light chain). CD98 is expressed on T lymphocytes (upon activation) and activated NK cells; it is also present at low levels on B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes and platelets.
HLDA VI; WS Code BP 409
HLDA VI; WS Code NL N-L017
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-Myc tag antibody [9E10] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG53920 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Other
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone 9E10 may be used to detect the c-Myc tag.
The c-myc gene (8q24 on human chromosome) is the cellular homologue of the v-myc gene originally isolated from an avian myelocytomatosis virus. The c-Myc protein is a transcription factor (nuclear localization). c-Myc is commonly activated in a variety of tumor cells and plays an important role in cellular proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and cell cycle progression. The phosphorylation of c-Myc has been investigated and previous studies have suggested a functional association between phosphorylation at Thr58/Ser62 by glycogen synthase kinase 3, cyclin-dependent kinase, ERK2 and C-Jun N-terminal Kinase (JNK) in cell proliferation and cell cycle regulation. In normal cells the expression of c-Myc is tightly regulated but in human cancers c-Myc is frequently deregulated. c-Myc is also essential for tumor cell development in vasculogenesis and angiogenesis that distribute blood throughout the cells.
  • Conjugation: FITC
  • anti-HLA DP + DR antibody [HL-38] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53942 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Pig
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone HL-38 recognizes common epitope on beta-chain of human HLA-DR and HLA-DP. DR and DP are the isotypes of human MHC Class II molecules expressed on antigen-presenting cells (APC; dendritic cells, B lymphocytes, monocytes, macrophages).
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-Intra Acrosomal Protein antibody [Hs-14] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG53952 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Ms
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone Hs-14 reacts with a 220 kDa testis-specific human intra-acrosomal protein associated with the membranes of the acrosomal vesicle._x000D_
  • Conjugation: FITC
  • anti-NTAL / LAB antibody [NAP-07] (PE)
  • Cat. No: ARG53957 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Ms
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone NAP-07 reacts with Non-T cell activation linker (NTAL), also known as LAB (linker of activated B cells), a 25 - 30 kDa transmembrane adaptor protein present in membrane microdomains (rafts) of B lymphocytes, NK cells and myeloid cells.
  • Conjugation: PE
  • anti-p53 antibody [BP53-12] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG53958 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, NHuPrm
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone BP53-12 recognizes defined epitope (aa 16-25) on human p53, a 50 kDa tumour suppressor found in increased amounts in a wide variety of transformed cells; it is frequently mutated or inactivated in many types of cancer.
