Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted ARG21677 Goat anti-Human Kappa Light Chain antibody, F(ab')2 fragment (pre-adsorbed) followed by ARG23857 Swine anti-Goat IgG (H+L) antibody (HRP) (pre-adsorbed).
