Intracellularly it associates with DAP-12, an ITAM-containing adaptor molecule. CD300e is expressed on mature monocytes and peripheral blood myeloid dendritic cells. Its crosslinking leads to release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and increased expression of activation markers. |
