Immunofluorescence: Mock infected Huh7 cells (upper panel) and DENV infected Huh7 cells (lower panel). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde for 30 mins, permeabilized by 0.5% Triton-X 100 for 10 mins and blocked for 1 hour. Cells were stained with ARG66681 anti-Dengue virus Envelope (E) protein antibody [SQab19170] (green) at 1:1000 dilution, overnight. Nuclear staining (blue).
