Immunofluorescence: HA-fused protein expressing plasmid transfected HeLa cells fixed with 3% paraformaldehyde at 4°C for 20 minutes and permeabilized with 0.2% Triton X-100 at room temperature for 5 minutes. Cells were then stained with ARG70019 anti-HA tag antibody (green) at room temperature for 1 hour.
