| Application Note | ELISA: The antibody can be used as a detection antibody for detection of HIV-1 p24 in sandwich ELISA in combination with anti-HIV-1 p24 capture antibody mAb clone 340 (Cat. No. ARG10167). Western Blot: The antibody, when used at concentration of 0.1 to 1.0μg/ml, will allow visualization of 100 ng/lane recombinant HIV-1 p24 on blot. * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist. |
