  • anti-CD34 antibody [4H11(APG)]
  • Cat. No: ARG62820 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, ICC/IF, IHC-P, WB
  • Specificity: The clone 4H11(APG) reacts with Class III epitope on CD34 (Mucosialin), a 110-115 kDa monomeric transmembrane phosphoglycoprotein expressed on hematopoietic progenitors cells and on the most pluripotential stem cells; it is gradually lost on progenitor cells. 4H11(APG) completely blocks binding of Class II antibody QBEnd10 and Class III antibodies BIRMA K3 and 8G12 on KG1a cell line.
HLDA VI; WS Code M MA58
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD34 antibody [QBEND/10] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG62822 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, NHuPrm
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The antibody recognizes the CD34 antigen, some cross reactions with vascular associated adventitia and some basement membranes. Clone QBEND/10 immunoprecipitates a glycoprotein with a relative MW 110kD expressed on haematopoietic cells and on the established myeloid leukaemic cell line KG1A. The clone QBEND/10 recognises the Class II epitope on CD34.
  • Conjugation: FITC
  • anti-CD4 antibody [MEM-115]
  • Cat. No: ARG62832 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IP, FuncSt
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-115 recognizes an epitope in the D1 domain of CD4 antigen, a 55 kDa transmebrane glycoprotein expressed on a subset of T lymphocytes (“helper“ T cells) and also on monocytes, tissue macrophages and granulocytes. It is negative in Western blotting even with non-reduced samples of cell lysates.
    HLDA V; WS Code T T-CD04.09
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD41-CD61 Complex antibody [IVA30]
  • Cat. No: ARG62843 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Bov
  • Application: ELISA, FACS, ICC/IF, IP
  • Specificity: The clone IVA30 reacts with CD41/CD61 complex (bovine), one of the earliest markers of the megakaryocytic lineage. CD41/CD61 complex acts as the receptor for fibrinogen, fibronectin, Von Willebrand factor, vitronectin, thrombin and mediates platelets aggregation. CD41/CD61 is expressed only by platelets and megakaryocytes; the complex may be absent or strongly reduced in Glanzmann's thrombasthenia (GT).
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD41 antibody [HIP8]
  • Cat. No: ARG62844 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, NHuPrm
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, CyTOF®-candidate
  • Specificity: The clone HIP8 reacts with alpha (a) subunit of CD41 (heavy chain; 120 kDa). CD41 is mainly expressed on platelets and megakaryocytes.
HIP8 blocks platelet aggregation and completely inhibits ADP-, epinephrine-, and collagen-induced platelet activation, and partially inhibits ristocetin- and thrombin-induced platelet activation. HIP8 is useful in the morphological and physiological studies of platelets and megakaryocytes.
HLDA IV; WS Code P 38
