Overview
Product Description | ZAP70, Zeta-chain-associated protein kinase 70 (70kDa), is a tyrosine kinase protein normally expressed near the surface membrane of T cells and natural killer cells and plays a critical role in the events involved in initiating T-cell responses by the antigen receptor. Phosphorylation of Tyr-315 and Tyr-319 are essential for ZAP70 positive function on T-lymphocyte activation. |
