anti-CD72 antibody [10.1.D2] (Biotin)
anti-CD72 antibody [10.1.D2] (Biotin) for Blocking,Cellular activation ,Flow cytometry and Mouse
Overview
Product Description | Biotin-conjugated Mouse Monoclonal antibody [10.1.D2] recognizes CD72 |
---|---|
Tested Reactivity | Ms |
Tested Application | BL, Cell-Act , FACS |
Specificity | Mouse CD72.1. The clone 10.1.D2 blocks binding of CD5 to CD72 on the B cell surface which leads to inhibition of the positive signal resulting from CD5/CD72 pairing. However, 10.1.D2 can itself trigger a positive signal by binding CD72. |

Swiss-port # P21855 Mouse B-cell differentiation antigen CD72 |
---|---|
Gene Symbol | CD72 |
Gene Full Name | CD72 antigen |
Function | Plays a role in B-cell proliferation and differentiation. [UniProt] |
Calculated MW | 40 kDa |
PTM | Phosphorylated upon engagement of the B-cell receptor, probably by LYN or SYK. Phosphorylation at Tyr-7 is important for interaction with PTPN6/SHP-1 (By similarity). |
