anti-Dopamine antibody
anti-Dopamine antibody for Immunohistochemistry and Human
Neuroscience antibody
Overview
Product Description | Mouse Monoclonal antibody recognizes Dopamine |
---|---|
Tested Reactivity | Hu |
Tested Application | IHC |
Specificity | The affinity of this antibody for dopamine-BSA is 10 mM and for noradrenaline-BSA is 100 mM. Affinity for unconjugated catecholamines (dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline) is lower (approx. 100 uM). At 1 uM, this antibody inhibits dopamine binding to membrane receptor from human corpus striatum. |

Clonality | Monoclonal |
Isotype | IgG1 |
Target Name | Dopamine |
Immunogen | Dopamine conjugated to bovine serum albumin. |
Conjugation | Un-conjugated |
Application Instructions
Application Note | This antibody may be used for immunohistochemical detection of catecholaminesecreting cells. Not all applications have been investigated. * The dilutions indicate recommended starting dilutions and the optimal dilutions or concentrations should be determined by the scientist. |
