  • anti-Bad antibody
  • nuts_pic (2 Reviews)
  • Cat. No: ARG54681 (Rabbit pAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Ms, Rat
  • Application: ELISA, ICC/IF, IHC, WB
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD3e antibody [C363.29B]
  • Cat. No: ARG20816 (Rat mAb)
  • Reactivity: Ms
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, IP, Depletion, Cell-Act
  • Specificity: Mouse CD3ε. The clone C363.29B recognizes an epitope on the 25 kDa ε chain of the CD3/TCR complex. In the presence of Fc receptor-bearing accessory cells, soluble C363.29B can activate primed and naïve T cell in vitro. Immobilized C363.2B9 monoclonal antibody can also activate both normal T lymphocytes and cloned T cell lines provided the appropriate accessory signals are present.
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-CD3 antibody [CT-3] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG21151 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Chk
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, IHC-P
  • Specificity: Chicken CD3. The clone CT-3 recognizes a complex of at least three polypeptides of Mr 20, 19, and 17 kDa (two of which are N-glycosylated) on chicken T cells. The antibody also coprecipitates a polypeptide of 90 kDa from digitonin solubilized T cell lysates, which can be reduced to two polypeptides of Mr 50 and 40 kDa.

  • Cat. No: ARG55331 (Rabbit pAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Ms, Rat
  • Application: ICC/IF, IHC-P, WB
  • Conjugation: Un-conjugated
  • anti-Ly6G + Ly6C antibody [RB6-8C5] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG63064 (Rat mAb)
  • Reactivity: Ms
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, Depletion
  • Specificity: This antibody recognizes the mouse Gr-1 antigen, a ~21 - 25 kDa GPI anchored cell surface protein bearing a single uPAR/Ly6 domain that belongs to the Ly-6 family of proteins (Lee et al. 2013). Clone RB6-8C5 reacts predominantly with the Ly-6G protein but weaker reactivity with the Ly-6C protein has been reported (Fleming et al. 1993). However, other observations dispute the cross-reactivity of clone RB6-8C5 with the Ly-6C protein with the alternative explanation that certain sub-populations of bone marrow cells simultaneously express both Ly-6C and Ly-6G (Nagendra et al. 2007).
  • Conjugation: FITC
  • anti-CD79a antibody [HM57] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG65460 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Ms, Rat, Chk, Gpig, Hrs, Opossum, Pig, Rb, Bov
  • Application: FACS
  • Specificity: The clone HM57 interacts with CD79a (Ig alpha), a 40-45 kDa subunit of B cell antigen-specific receptor (BCR) and its early developmental forms.
