| Product Description | Senescence-associated heterochromatin foci (SAHF) are specialized domains of facultative heterochromatin that play a role in sequestering proliferation-promoting genes. Detection of SAHF components is useful for identifying senescent cells. This antibody duo comprises H3K9Me2 and HP1 gamma antibodies for labeling heterochromatin. It is the best solution to detect SAHF in human, mouse, and rat samples. |

| Storage Instruction | For continuous use, store undiluted antibody at 2-8°C for up to a week. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Suggest spin the vial prior to opening. The antibody solution should be gently mixed before use. |
