Overview
Product Description | During embryonic neurogenesis, neural progenitors give rise to intermediate progenitors, before they are further differentiated into premature neurons. In the telencephalon, neural progenitor cells express Nestin and losses its expression soon after they committed their fate to becoming neurons. Premature neurons express TujI/TUBB3, which has been commonly used as a marker to identify neural differentiation in the developing brain or even in stem cell studies. arigo grouped Nestin and TujI as control duo to offer reliable antibodies for the distinction of neural progenitors and premature neurons during the development of the central nervous system.
