  • Cat. No: ARG62852 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Dog, Pig
  • Application: FACS, IHC-P, IP, WB
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-263 reacts with extracellular (N-terminal) domain of standard CD44 (Phagocyte glycoprotein 1), a 80-95 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein (hyaladherin family) present on the most of cells and tissues (leukocytes, endothelial cells, mesenchymal cells, etc.); it is negative on platelets and hepatocytes.

  • anti-CD45RA antibody [MEM-56]
  • Cat. No: ARG62863 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu
  • Application: FACS, IHC-P, IP, WB, CyTOF®-candidate
  • Specificity: The clone MEM-56 reacts with CD45RA, a 205-220 kDa single chain type I glycoprotein, variant of CD45 (CD45RA isoform). CD45RA is expressed on most of B lymphocytes, resting and native T lymphocytes, medullar thymocytes and monocytes.

  • anti-GFAP antibody [GF-01]
  • Cat. No: ARG62991 (Mouse mAb)
  • Reactivity: Hu, Cat, Pig
  • Application: ICC/IF, IHC-P, IP, WB
  • Specificity: The clone GF-01 reacts with GFAP, the principal marker of astroglial cells in the central nervous system, which is specifically expressed in satellite cells in peripheral ganglia and in non myelinating Schwann cells in peripheral nerves.
The GFAP protein runs on gels at ~55 kDa protein, usually associated with lower Mw bands which are thought to be proteolytic fragments and alternate transcripts from the single gene.

  • anti-Ly6G + Ly6C antibody [RB6-8C5] (FITC)
  • Cat. No: ARG63064 (Rat mAb)
  • Reactivity: Ms
  • Application: FACS, IHC-Fr, Depletion
  • Specificity: This antibody recognizes the mouse Gr-1 antigen, a ~21 - 25 kDa GPI anchored cell surface protein bearing a single uPAR/Ly6 domain that belongs to the Ly-6 family of proteins (Lee et al. 2013). Clone RB6-8C5 reacts predominantly with the Ly-6G protein but weaker reactivity with the Ly-6C protein has been reported (Fleming et al. 1993). However, other observations dispute the cross-reactivity of clone RB6-8C5 with the Ly-6C protein with the alternative explanation that certain sub-populations of bone marrow cells simultaneously express both Ly-6C and Ly-6G (Nagendra et al. 2007).
